How do I earn points?
You earn points by inserting your Lucky North® Club card into the card reader on the video gaming machine you are playing. Look for the welcome greeting and you will know your card is registered. Then, as you play, you will earn one point for every $10 you play.
Additionally, if you play the horses, present your card to the teller before making your bet – or if using a self service kiosk - swipe your Lucky North® Club card and wait for the acknowledgement before making your wager. $4 of racing wagers earns 1 point. You receive double when you wager on Finger Lakes races!

What are the value of my points?
For every 100 points you earn, you earn $1 in value towards redeeming for free play, merchandise, racing programs and more. Every 100 points provides double the value ($2) towards food and beverage purchases!
What can I use my points for?
You can redeem points for great rewards. These include free play, food, merchandise, racing programs and more! It’s your choice how you’d like to use your rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
Visit the Lucky North® Club to redeem points for anything other than food and beverage. For food and beverage purchases, simply present your card to the cashier when making your purchase to redeem.
How can I check my point balance?
You can see your point balance when you insert your card into any gaming machine or by visiting the Lucky North® Club.
Can I use my points and coupons at the same time toward food and beverage purchases?
Yes. If you have the points available in your Lucky North® Club account and you have a valid coupon, you may combine these in any manner you wish.
Can I use my Lucky North® Club card and redeem points at other Delaware North gaming locations?
Not currently. Each club is specific to an individual property.
